Sorry ladies! Pre-season has come to an end, but you all have improved so much since the first day you stepped on that field!!!
Conditioning without a ball begins in January.
Try-outs will be January 31st to February 3rd.
My first suggestion for you is to do some strength activities:
By season you should be able to do 100 sit ups
By season you should be able to do at least 50 push ups
So here is a hint..... Start small. Start will 5 a night and each week up it another 5:
Example:
week #1: 5 sit ups and 5 push ups
Week #2: 10 sit ups and 10 push ups
Week #3: 15 sit ups and 15 push ups
Keep doing this and you will be so proud when you can meet your goal!! You can even set your goals as high as you want, but remember to take it one step at a time and above all else:
